Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?
A: Standard check-in time is 2pm.

Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, please give us a call if you would like to arrive after 6pm.

Q: Do you have undercover parking?
A: Yes, Superior and Deluxe rooms have undercover parking but the Classic and Budget rooms do not.

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at Urangan Motor Inn are non-smoking.

Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: No, but we are walking distance to several restaurants at the Esplanade.

Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
A: Yes, we have free Wi-Fi available in all rooms.

Q: How close are you to the shops?
A: 2 minutes by car to Woolworths. 

Q: How close are you to restaurants?
A: We are within walking distance to several restaurants at the Esplanade or 5-10 minutes by car of number of other restaurants and fast food outlets. Some Clubs also offer free courtesy bus.

Q: Do you have Foxtel?
A: No, we don't have Foxtel.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged. Special conditions apply to sporting events, group bookings, public holidays, where specified deposit is non-refundable.

Q: How do I guarantee by booking?
A: Credit card details are required to secure room booking or a $150 cash bond.
